As specified by the Investment Trust and Investment Corporation Act (the “Investment Trust Act”) and the Articles of Incorporation, certain matters relating to the Investment Corporation’s business are determined by the General Unitholders’ Meeting constituted by the unitholders.
The General Unitholders’ Meeting of the Investment Corporation is held in principle at least once every two years.

The sixth general meeting of unitholders of Ooedo Onsen Reit will be held on February 27, 2024 (Tuesday).
